This I'm quoting from my friend, Gary Edwards, and it is so true! (Thank you Gary, for this):
"You Needn't Spend (Or Waste) So Much Of What Is Truly Your Precious, Valuable And 'LIMITED' Time Looking For 'The Key To Happiness' As You Already Have It, Although This Is Unbeknownst To So Very Many Of Us." YOUR BEING "SUCCESSFUL" DOESN'T ASSURE YOUR BEING HAPPY: "I say this as 'Success' comes from your going after what it is you want, and then your being persistent enough until you have secured what it is you desired. Whereas 'Happiness' is achieved by your 'Wanting And Desiring What It Is You Already Have', this along with 'Your Being Satisfied', 'Your Being Content', And Most Importantly 'Your Being Most Appreciative' of all that it is 'You Already Have'. For you to sooner realize your 'Happiness', you need only take a few minutes to reevaluate the 'Value' of what it is you have, while also taking the time to consider the millions in this world, who will 'NEVER' have what it is that you 'Already Possess'." - Gary Edwards 4/17/16

Our next Theta Healing will be held at our office, 719 Sawdust Road, Suite 107, in The Woodlands. We are on the South Side of Sawdust, our 3 story black-glass building sits off the road a bit. The driveway to our building is sandwiched between the Captain Kirk's Marine and the Exxon gas station. We will begin at 6:30 p.m., if you run late you are still welcome to come, but after 7 p.m. call us at 281-367-9292 and we will come let you in as the main doors lock at 7 p.m. We will have finger foods, coffee, water and lemonaide.
Theta Healing will be led by Brandy Deutsch, who is joining our staff to work with Theta Healing at our office. Our last Theta Healing meeting was very successful, attendees experienced Theta Healing and learned about alternative methods of healing and muscle testing. We hope you'll join us! I am happy to announce I am now a NES Health Certified Practitioner. It took over 18 months of intensive training and work. I am amazed at what I have witnessed in what NES can do! I am now looking forward to helping my clients using NES for any health problem, physical or mental.
When is the last time you sat quietly in thought, perhaps noticing how the air feels around you or hearing the sounds at that moment? My wife will say she had a few minutes while being stuck in traffic to slow her mind and ponder the universe. (That is much better to do than to get agitated with the traffic situation!)
That isn't quite what I have in mind, however. I am leaning more toward the topic of meditation. Most feel that meditation isn't necessary to stay alive so they will meditate sporadically or not at all. We were built to meditate. Our minds operate better when we spend time in meditation. Meditation can be defined many ways. Most define it as closing off the outside distractions and focusing on one thing. I like the definition in "Psychology Today", which is: "Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra. In other words, meditation means turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple." Take ten minutes during the day each day to meditate and be aware of how your mind responds over a period of weeks. It can be done while sitting, sitting in a stretching position (such as the 'Lotus' meditation pose used in Yoga), or meditate as part of prayer, reciting a verse, or focusing on a goal/seeing yourself at that goal. You may be pleasantly surprised with the benefits! We've had to cancel our Lunch and Learn at noon on Tuesday April 26! The rain and flooding have caused numerous delays, so we are having to postpone. Prayers out to those impacted by the storms this week. We will have one next month, in May - - - stay tuned!

Begin with gratefulness. Before I met my wife, she thought her single-mom life was so bad that she thought she had absolutely nothing she could be grateful for. A prior contractor didn't pay her many thousands of dollars, then she had to take on a room boarder to be able to keep her house for her and her 2 daughters.
The boarder was a thief, who stole many things and brought in bad elements into the home. Someone she knew also burglarized my future wife's home, everything was ransacked, furniture turned upside down and thrown to the walls, every drawer turned out onto the floor. She then complained about her life to her good friend Mickey, who then got my future wife's attention. "You are not living according to God's will" Mickey told her "you are holding on to so much bitterness about being ripped off by that no-good contract employer, then you are still extremely bitter about the wreck which wasn't your fault. Listen, It IS your fault that you haven't forgiven that man who ran that stop sign, it is your fault that your bitterness has brought many more negative things in your life when you should have turned it all over to God and you didn't." My future wife cried because the truth hurt. But she took Mickey's words to heart and began giving her burdens to the Lord, asking for forgiveness and practicing forgiveness, as well as thankfulness. Easier said than done, she will say. Her life began to change for the better, and for that, I'm glad and very thankful. She will tell you, when bad times hit hard, be thankful and get help if it is too much for you. She shows on prior NES scans that some of the bitterness still remains in her subconscious, which the Theta Healing has really helped with. She says she is definitely planning to go to the next Theta Healing seminar. We will going to post where and when that will be so you will be able to join us to not only learn about Theta Healing but to benefit from it as well. Stay tuned for the time and date. Until then, be grateful. See something positive in the individuals around you and tell them! Have a good weekend!
