Most think of losing weight as pure torture. Dieting and exercising with no end in sight and little results can leave you exhausted, depleted and ready to give up. There is no need to suffer when losing weight. For instance, most people don't know that detoxing can be over 65% of your weight loss. We first need to ask the 4 W's - - "What" "When" "Who" "Where". What are the stressors in your life, When did the weight gain begin? Who has been helping you in the past to lose weight - or - who might have been affecting your eating patterns? Where have you been (eating in different places can affect your microbiome, which is paramount to weight control!). Your microbiome is the organisms living in your "gut", or intestines. When the bad organisms are given heavy metals (from our amalgams in teeth, in the air, etc.), antibiotics, or steroid (and other drugs can be the culprit), the microbiome cannot recover on it's own. Once your microbiome is in balance, the weight loss should come easily with none other than just healthy eating. You'll notice other improvements as well, such as clearer thinking and more energy! Exercise is important, along with stretching, if you intend to live with vigor as you get older! Most want to live and do all the things they like until they are ready to pass on, instead of being disabled for many years before passing.
