Personalised Health addresses weight management in a very individual way that takes into consideration your history, environment, lifestyle, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects as well as biochemical and genetic individuality.
The root causes to unhealthy weight change are addressed not by applying a strict depriving dieting approach - but by learning how to nourish your body and support its unique needs in a way which naturally supports weight loss and long term health.
Your unique genetic variances plays a central roles on your weight management by determining how you metabolize the different type of macronutrients ( fats, carbs and proteins ) and how you respond to different types of exercise.
A Biofeedback genetic test also provides you with the specific information about your unique micronutrients needs, support for detoxification pathways and offers you insights on other aspects of your health such as inflammation, insulin sensitivity, oxidative stress, bone health, heart health.
With this knowledge a highly effective plan for your diet, exercise and lifestyle can be created.
Rather than just a quick fix with a fit all approach, the aim of a functional dietary programme is adopting an eating style which works for you and is healthy, enjoyable and sustainable in the long term.
When necessary a tailored natural supplement plan will complement your dietary style. We can use hypnosis or the NES Quantum health to rectify any underlying emotional issues that may be sabotaging you (in more ways than just weight gain). We will include the Contour Light non-invasive lipo body sculpting as part of your plan. Not only is it the healthiest way to lose inches, but leaves cells healthier than before the treatment! The ABO blood type charts below can be used to predict the possibilities of paternity
High homocysteine levels are linked to increased risk of heart disease, memory loss and osteoporosis. Find out how to keep your H score ideaThe charts below can assist you to determine either:
1. The ABO blood type of the child when the blood type of the father and the mother are known (top chart), or
2. The ABO blood type of the father if the blood type of the child and the mother are known (bottom chart).
ABO blood types can be complicated to understand. This is mostly due to the fact that the 'O-type' antigen is masked by the presence of an A- or B-type antigen. This is explained in the chart on the left, showing the different the genotypes that make up the blood types
For example, two O blood type parents can produce a child with only O blood type.
Two parents with A blood type can produce a child with either A or O blood types. Two parents with B blood type can produce a child with either B or O blood type. One parent with A and another with B can produce a child with A, B, AB or O blood types.
If one parent has A and another has AB, they can either produce a child with A, B or AB blood types.
If one parent has A and another has O, they can either produce a child with A or O blood types.
