Why doesn't this work? "Stay up late wake up early to get more done."? We need enough restful sleep to be healthy. Our bodies work hard repairing, rejuvenating, de-toxing and more! To be sleep-deprived makes one not as productive and short tempered. If you want to lose weight, get enough sleep! Enough sleep - It is mandatory for living a healthy, good life.
