Choose appreciation! You have many choices today, as with any day. You can live in the past, the present, or the future. Living in the past can cause depression. Living in the future can cause anxiety. Let go of regrets and bitterness and free up your mind for better things. If your mind is troubled for whatever reason, find things to be thankful for. Beautiful days, birds singing, nature, everything positive. Appreciation is a way to bring your awareness into this present moment. Mindfulness. Living in the now is good for you and good for your brain!
